C1RCA Footwear is a skateboard footwear company that started in 1999 and is based in San Clemente, California, USA. It was started by Four Star Distribution, then a snowboard company, along with Chad Muska as its first professional rider who left éS Footwear to start the brand. On July 15, 2004, Four Star sold off its snowboard properties to Burton Snowboards and has become solely a skateboard footwear company, adopting their new slogan Committed to Skateboarding.
