About Arkive & Ozzys

Established since 1997, Ozzys has grown from its first store in Arbroath, Scotland, to one of Scotland’s finest independent clothing retailers. A takeover in 2008 of local store, Ociano brought a new look to the store and new brands were added to the mainly street/skate offering. In 2009, it was decided to re-brand the store and Arkive was the end product. This new fascia was a fusion of street and high street fashion and has bought the two different angles together in a way that can only be described as phenomenal. Live DJ’s every weekend, exclusive ranges & late night special events.

2010 saw the re-opening of the Original Look Ozzys store in Dundee and the skate/street side of things went across the road to Gellatly Street. This has allowed both fascias to grow within their own right and offer a more niche, customer led offering.

The original birth town of Ozzys, Arbroath, still houses an Arkive store on 2 levels, but an expansion is planned for 2012 which will see the current store dedicated to menswear and a new store will open close by for our ladies ranges.

Spring 2012 will hopefully also see the opening of an Ozzys store in Perth. This is still in the early stages, but the roll-out is most definitely on.
