UK Delivery
Delivery charges are priced individually depending on size/weight & are displayed on the respected items’ page.
Standard Royal Mail (3-5 working days): £1.95 - £2.95
UK FedEx NextDay: £3.95 - £5.95
UK FedEx NextDay explained:
UK FedEx NextDay operates on a working day (Monday - Friday) basis. All UK FedEx NextDay orders placed on Monday - Friday before 1pm will be sent out on the same day to be delivered the next working day.
If an order is placed after 1pm, we will try to get your item dispatched the same day, but we cannot guarantee this. In most cases, these items will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the next working day. Eg. If you order at 4pm on Monday, your item will be dispatched on Tuesday, for delivery on Wednesday.
If an order is placed after 1pm on Friday, then the item will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
FedEx deliver between the hours of 9am - 7pm & packages must be signed for upon delivery.
Tracking & Notifications
As soon as your order is sent for dispatch, you will receive an email from us letting you know that your parcel has been processed and is starting to make it way to you. To ensure that you receive these emails please add sales@ozzys.co.uk & yourorder@ozzys.co.uk to your safe email/address book to make sure these messages do not get lost in your spam or junk email folder.
Overseas information
Delivery charges are priced individually depending on size/weight & are displayed on the respected items’ page.
If an order is placed for more than 1 item, then the delivery charges for each item will be added together. All items will be sent together in the same package .This reason we add the delivery charges together is because Royal Mail charge more for extra weight when shipping internationally.
Customs & Import Charges
Some international shipments to some countries may require customs or import charges when they reach the destination country. unfortunately, we do have have any control over these charges, and can never know when they will be made. Any such charge must be payed by the recipient of the parcel, and cannot be changed or payed by us.
